Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how myTeam CLI (the "App") handles data. The App is a personal command-line tool created and operated by Kliment Kalev, Bulgaria. It belongs to the Google Cloud project "myTeam" and runs only on the owner's own computer. It is used only by its owner and is not offered to the public.
Google user data the App accesses
With the owner's authorization through Google OAuth, the App accesses:
- Gmail (scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify): to search and read messages, apply and remove labels, mark messages as read or unread, move messages to the trash, and create drafts. The App never sends email and never permanently deletes messages. - Google Calendar (scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar): to read events, and to add, delete or move events and calendars.
How the data is used
The data is used only to perform the actions the owner requests from the command line on his own computer, such as finding an email, labelling it, preparing a draft reply or adding a calendar event.
Storage and processing
- All data is processed locally on the owner's computer.
- No server stores the data. The App has no backend and no database outside the owner's computer.
- OAuth access tokens are stored in the local operating system keyring on the owner's computer.
Data retention
The App keeps no Google user data on any server. Anything it processes stays on the owner's computer only as long as the local task needs it. OAuth tokens are kept in the local operating system keyring and can be deleted there at any time, or access can be revoked at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, shared, or transferred to any third party. It is not used for advertising, and it is not used to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Limited Use
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops the App from reading or changing any Gmail or Google Calendar data. Locally stored tokens can also be removed from the operating system keyring.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
